Harvard Pilgrim offers First Seniority Freedom as their 2010 PFFS Medicare Advantage plan. It is a Private Fee-for-Service. Depending on the area you live in, some benefits might not be available. In all areas coverage benefits should include a $0 copay for routine physical exams. There should be a $5 copay for all allergy shots and only a $15 copay per doctor visit for both your primary care physician and specialists. Inpatient hospital coverage and emergency care anywhere in the world are also covered along with a convenient mail service prescription drug program that also offers free shipping.
Some of the benefits that are only available in certain areas are the optional Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. Routine eye exams are also included with some Freedom plans. Also included in some plans are $100 to $200 towards eyeglasses, depending on the plan.
