Medicare Advantage HMO
Members within Advantra's HMO Medicare Advantage Plan must use in-network doctors, specialists and hospitals with an exception for emergency care situations. These Medicare Advantage plans include coverages for vision, dental and hearing services, prevention health screenings as well as fitness club memberships.
Medicare Advantage PPO
Members within Advantra's PPO Medicare Advantage Plan may use doctors, specialists and hospitals of their choice but may have to pay more and special rules may apply. These Medicare Advantage plans include coverages for vision, dental and hearing services, prevention health screenings as well as fitness club memberships.
Medicare Advantage PDP - Advantra Rx
This is a prescription drug benefit which can be purchased by itself without having to purchase Medicare Advantage HMO or Medicare Advantage PPO.

Members within Advantra's Point-of-Service Medicare Advantage Plan may use doctors, specialists and hospitals of their choice but may have to pay more and special rules may apply.
