All of their plans have access to an extensive provider network. This includes physicians at individual practices, small and larger medical groups. The network includes an ever growing number of hospitals, doctors and clinicians. They currently have over 135 hospitals and 28,000 doctors and clinicians.

 

Harvard Pilgrim offers First Seniority Freedom as their 2010 PFFS Medicare Advantage plan. It is a Private Fee-for-Service. Depending on the area you live in, some benefits might not be available. In all areas coverage benefits should include a $0 copay for routine physical exams. There should be a $5 copay for all allergy shots and only a $15 copay per doctor visit for both your primary care physician and specialists. Inpatient hospital coverage and emergency care anywhere in the world are also covered along with a convenient mail service prescription drug program that also offers free shipping.

 

Some of the benefits that are only available in certain areas are the optional Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. Routine eye exams are also included with some Freedom plans. Also included in some plans are $100 to $200 towards eyeglasses, depending on the plan.
