Medicare Supplement Plan N has a monthly premium of $106.95. There is a $20 co-pay for both primary care and specialty office visits. Hospital inpatients and hospital outpatients have $0 co-pay. Pharmacy is not included with this Medicare Plan.

 

Blue Shield of California

Blue Shield of California offers HMO Blue Shield 65 Plus. An HMO is a Health Maintenance Organization that allows you to choose your primary care physician. The monthly premium that you pay with this Plan will cover all medical treatments you experience throughout the month. An HMO Plan can be added to your Medicare Advantage Plan.

 

This Medicare Plan has a monthly premium of $0. There is a $0 co-pay for primary care office visits and a $10 co-pay fro specialty office visits. Hospital inpatients have $50 co-pay per day for the first 10 days of their hospital stay. Hospital outpatients have $0 co-pay per visit. Pharmacy is included with this Plan.
