Hospital inpatients have a $225 co-pay per day for the first seven days of their hospital stay. The co-pay for hospital outpatients will be 20%-25% of the cost per visit. Pharmacy, such as prescription drug coverage, is included with this Plan.

 

Gerber Life Insurance Company

Gerber Life Insurance Company offers three Medicare Supplement Plans: Medicare Supplement Plan A, F, and G. Medicare Supplement Plan F offers coverage on excess fees of your Medicare Plan. This includes fees you may encounter at doctors visits, such as “out-of-pocket” fees. It also offers coverage for your Part B deductible.
