You can enroll in the Aetna Medicare Standard Plan PPO for the premium of $108 monthly. When you see your PCP, you are responsible for $20 copay and also for the $35 specialist copay. All members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. There is $200 copayment for the first 7 days of inpatient hospital care and $225 copay or 20% copay per outpatient visit.
Another Aetna plan is the Medicare Premier Plan PPO, which involves $143 premium per month. If you make a trip to your PCP, there is $15. For specialist visits there is $25 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. For the first seven days of inpatient hospital care, there is $125 copay, and $200 copay or 20% copay per outpatient visit.Humana Medicare began marketing health insurance products in 1984. Humana’s premiums range from $0-$95 per month.
Medicare Supplement Plan C covers Hospitalization, Medical Expenses, Skilled Nursing facilities, and travel-abroad medical emergency help. Plan F offers basic copay coverage as well as Part A hospital deductible, skilled nursing facility copays, Part B deductible and emergency international coverage.
