MyBestMedicare offers several Medicare plans for people over the age of 65 who live in St. Petersburg, Florida. The most popular Medicare plans are Medicare Supplement plans F and C under Humana Choice R5826-074 PPO, Humana Choice R5826-018, Humana Choice R5826-005 PPO and Humana Gold Plus H1036-119 HMO. Humana also offers a variety of HMO and PPO plans for St. Petersburg residents. 

 

Humana Choice R5826-074 PPO is available for $84 premium. You are responsible for $15 copayment when you see a primary care doctor (PCP) and for $35 copayment when you see any specialists. Members receive one annual physical exam. For the first 7 days of inpatient hospital care, you must pay $225 copayment and $100-200 of copay per outpatient visit. Humana offers the Choice R5826-018 PPO plan for $0 premium. For trips to your general practitioner, there is $10 copay as long as you notify the physician in advance. There is $30 copay when you see a specialist and members receive one annual physical exam. There is $195 copay per days 1-15 for inpatient hospital care and $100-150 of copay per outpatient visit. Pharmacy is not included within this plan.

 

Another available Humana plan is the Choice R5826-005 PPO policy with $95 monthly premium. You are accountable for $15 copay on any primary care visit and $35 copay whenever you see a specialist. All Humana members receive one annual physical exam. There is $225 copay for the first seven days of inpatient hospital care and $100-200 copay per outpatient visit. Humana Gold Plus H1036-119 HMO is offered for $0 monthly premium. To see your PCP, you must pay the $10 copayment. To visit any specialist, you will also need to pays $30 copay. Members receive one annual physical exam. There is $275 per days 1-5 for inpatient hospital care and $100-225 copay or per outpatient visit. Pharmacy is not included within this plan.  Humana Medicare began marketing health insurance products in 1984.

 

Medicare Supplement Plan F offers basic copay coverage as well as Part A hospital deductible, skilled nursing facility copays, Part B deductible and emergency international coverage.
