Aetna’s HMO Medicare Premier Plan has a monthly premium of $0. For primary care visits there is $10 copay when the primary care physician is notified. For specialist visits there is $30 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. Aetna’s PPO Medicare Value Plan has a monthly premium of $35. For primary care visits there is $10 copay when the primary care physician is notified. For specialist visits there is $35 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam.
