It is important to choose a Medicare Plan in your area in order to receive the full benefits of your Medicare Plan.  These Medicare Plans are offered by private Medicare carriers.  These carriers offer plans in your area that apply to particular doctors and hospitals near you.  It is important to choose a plan that uses the doctors and hospitals near you because if you choose to use ones that are not covered by your Plan, your Medicare Plan will not be applicable in that case. 

 

You may choose to add a Medicare Plan to your current Plan.  This may be the case because your current Medicare Plan does not sufficiently cover your necessary healthcare insurance needs.  Each individual has different healthcare needs.  Therefore, we make it easy for you to choose a Plan that best meets your medical and financial needs. Medicare Plans available in your area:

Gerber Life Insurance offers Medicare Supplement Plans A, F, and G.  If you choose Medicare Plan F, you will receive more coverage and benefits for your healthcare.  Plan F specifically covers Foreign Travel emergency insurance as well as coverage for other medical services.  This is a very popular plan that people have chosen in Salt Lake City.  This Plan has a monthly premium of $101.98.  There is $0 co-pay for Office Visits, Hospital Inpatients, and Hospital Outpatients.  There is no Pharmacy coverage for the costs of prescription drugs with this Plan. 

 

Omaha Medicare offers Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, F, G, M, and N.  Depending on your specific insurance coverage needs, you will choose among the different Medicare Plans.  If you choose Medicare Plan G, you will receive additional coverage on “out-of-pocket” fees you may encounter when using a medical service.  Many of the excess charges covered are excess charges from Plan B.  Omaha Medicare offers this Supplement Plan G for a monthly premium of $94.61.  There is a $0 co-pay for Office Visits, Hospital Inpatients, and Hospital Outpatients.  Pharmacy (which mainly covers the costs of prescription drugs) is not covered with this Supplement Plan. 

 

If you wish to add Medicare Supplement Plan A to your coverage, Omaha Medicare offers this plan for a monthly premium of $76.81.  Office Visits, Hospital Inpatients, and Hospital Outpatients have a $0 co-pay.  Pharmacy is not covered with this Plan.
