Medicare Supplement Plan N is offered by Anthem in Salinas, CA for a monthly premium of $81.42. There is a $20 co-pay for both primary care and specialty office visits. There is $0 co-pay for hospital inpatients and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not covered with this Plan.
