Aetna’s PPO Medicare Premier Plan has a monthly premium of $100. For primary care visits there is $20 copay when the primary care physician is notified. For specialist visits there is $40 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and eye exam. There is $750 copay per stay for inpatient hospital care and $100 per outpatient visit.
