Pharmacy is not included.

 

Aetna’s Medicare Premier Plan has a monthly premium of $140. For primary care visits there is $15 copay when the primary care physician is notified. For specialist visits there is $35 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. There is $250 copay for the first 7 days for inpatient hospital care and $150 copay per outpatient visit. Pharmacy is included, see plan for details.
