Aetna’s Medicare Premier Plan HMO is accessible for $98 premium monthly. If you need to see your PCP, you will be responsible for paying the $10 copay, and for paying $25 copay whenever you visit a specialist. Premier Plan HMO members receive one vision exam and one routine physical exam each year. There is $75 copay for the first 10 days for inpatient hospital care and $150 copay per outpatient visit.

 

The Aetna Medicare Premier Plan PPO requires you to provide the $145 premium each month. In order to make an appointment with your PCP, you must notify the PCP and also pay $10 copay. Specialist appointments also require $25 copayment.
