Hospital inpatients (those who have an over-night stay in the hospital) will have a $225 co-pay per day for the first seven days of their hospital stay. Hospital outpatients (those who require a hospital visit that is not over-night or require medical service or equipment) will have a co-payment of either 20% or 25% of the cost per visit. Pharmacy costs, such as Prescription Drug Coverage, are included with this Plan.

 

Gerber Life Insurance also offers three of the 18 Medicare Plans in your area. It offers three Medicare Supplement Plans, Plan A, F, and G. Medicare Supplement Plan F can be added to your Medicare Plan for coverage of excess costs that are not covered with Medicare Part A and B. This plan also gives the benefit of foreign travel emergency insurance among many other benefits. It covers many out-of-pocket fees, such as co-payments you may encounter at a doctors visit.

 

Medicare Supplement Plan F is offered by Gerber Life Insurance in Lakewood, CO for a monthly premium of $128.71. There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not covered with this Plan.

 

Medicare Supplement Plan G has a monthly premium of $160.71. There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.
