HumanaChoice R5826-011 has a monthly premium of $62.  There is a $15 co-pay for primary care office visits and a $35 co-pay for specialty office visits.  Hospital inpatients will have a $195 co-pay per day for the first eight days of their hospital stay.  Hospital outpatients will have $0-$250 co-pay per visit, depending on the cost of the visits.  Pharmacy, such as prescription drug coverage, is covered with this plan.

 

2. Gerber Life Insurance Company

Gerber Life Insurance Company offers three Medicare Supplement Plans to your area: Plan A, F, and G.  Medicare Supplement Plan F offers coverage on excess fees of your Medicare Plan. This includes fees you may encounter at doctors visits, such as “out-of-pocket” fees.  It also offers coverage for your Part B deductible.  Foreign travel emergency insurance is on of the many benefits of this plan.  Medicare Supplement Plan F is one of the most popular Medicare Plan.
 

Medicare Supplement Plan F has a monthly premium of $119.89.  There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients.  Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.

 

3.  Mutual of Omaha Medicare
