2. Blue Shield of California offers an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) Plan. The plan is HMO Blue Shield 65 Plus. There is a $0 monthly premium. Primary care office visits have a $0 co-pay. Specialty office visits have $10 co-pay. Hospital inpatients have $50 co-pay per day for the first 10 days of their stay. Hospital outpatients have $0 co-pay. Pharmacy is covered with this Plan.
