If you need to visit a specialist provider, you need to pay the $35 copayment. All Aetna plan members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. Remember, you are accountable for the $185 copayment per days 1-8 for inpatient hospital care and $250 of copay per outpatient visit. Pharmacy is not included within this plan.

 

Another Aetna plan is the Medicare Standard PPO, which includes a premium of $123 per month. Remember to pay your $20 copayment and notify your physician when arranging a primary care appointment. To visit a specialist, you need to pay $35 copayment. Aetna members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. For the first seven days of in patient hospital care, there is $200 copay, and inpatient hospital care and $225 of copay per outpatient visit Pharmacy is included, see plan for details.

 

Aetna Medicare Premier Plan PPO is also available for $158 premium per month. When seeing a primary care physician, there is $15 copay when you inform your PCP of the visit. When you see a specialist, there is $25 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. Humana Medicare began marketing health insurance products in 1984.Medicare Supplement Plan F offers basic copay coverage in addition to Part A hospital deductible, skilled nursing facility copays, Part B deductible and emergency international coverage
