Humana Health Insurance offers found Medicare Plans to your area.  They are PPO HumanaChoice R5826-081, PPO HumanaChoice R5826-062, PPO HumanaChoice R5826-002, and PPO HumanaChoice H6900-002.  A PPO is a Preferred Provider Organization, which allows you to choose your primary care physician.  These Plans can be added to your Medicare Advantage Plan (Medicare Part C).

 

HumanaChoice R5826-081 has a monthly premium of $67.  There is a $15 co-pay for primary care office visits and a $35 co-pay for specialty office visits.  Hospital inpatients have $225 co-pay per day for the first seven days of their stay.  Hospital outpatients have a $150-$200 co-pay per visit, depending on the cost of the visit.  Pharmacy, such as prescription drug coverage, is included with this Plan.

 

2. Gerber Life Insurance Company offers six Medicare Supplement Plans to your area: Medicare Supplement Plan A, B, C, D, F, and G.  Medicare Supplement Plan F offers coverage on excess fees of your Medicare Plan. This includes fees you may encounter at doctors visits, such as “out-of-pocket” fees.  It also offers coverage for your Part B deductible.  Foreign travel emergency insurance is on of the many benefits of this plan.  Medicare Supplement Plan F is one of the most popular Medicare Plan.

 

Medicare Supplement Plan F has a monthly premium of $118.87.  There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients.  Pharmacy is not included with this Plan. 

 

3. Mutual of Omaha Medicare

This Medicare carrier offers six Medicare Supplement Plans.  They are Medicare Supplement Plan A, B, C, D, F, and G.  Medicare Supplement Plan G offers extended coverage on excess charges of your Medicare Plan.  Plan G covers Medicare Part A and Part B co-payments and co-insurance.  However, one must not that Part B deductible is not covered with this Plan.  A skilled nursing facility is one of the many benefits of selecting this Plan.

 

Medicare Supplement Plan G has a monthly premium of $100.13.  There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients.  Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.

 

4. Aetna

Aetna offers Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, and F.  Aetna offers Medicare Supplement Plan F to your area for a monthly premium of $169.68.  There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients.  Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.
