For specialist visits there is $10 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. There is $65 per stay for impatient hospital care and $30-100 copay or per outpatient visit.

 

Mutual of Omaha’s Supplement Plan F has a monthly premium of $136.13 and is accepted by all doctors who accept Medicare. Aetna’s Plan F has a monthly premium of $161.39 and is also accepted by doctors who accept Medicare.
