Aetna’s Medicare Standard Plan PPO requires you to pay a premium of $103 per month. When you notify your primary care physician, you are required to pay is $15 copay for any of your primary care visits. If you need to see a specialist, there is $35 copay and members receive one annual physical exam and one annual eye exam. For the first seven days of inpatient hospital care there is $200 copay. and $200 copay or per outpatient visit.

 

Humana Medicare began marketing health insurance products in 1984. The monthly premiums for Humana’s plans range from $0-$69. Medicare Supplement Plan C covers Hospitalization, Medical Expenses, Skilled Nursing facilities, and travel-abroad medical emergency help. Plan F offers basic copay coverage as well as Part A hospital deductible, skilled nursing facility copays, Part B deductible and emergency international coverage.

 

Mutual of Omaha’s Supplement Plan F has a monthly premium of $197.31 and is accepted by all doctors who accept Medicare. Mutual of Omaha’s Plan C has a monthly premium of $195.92 and is also accepted by doctors who accept Medicare.
