Pharmacy, such as Prescription Drug Coverage, is not included with this Plan.
2. Gerber Life Insurance Company offers six Medicare Supplement Plans: Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, C, D, F, and G. Medicare Supplement Plan F has a monthly premium of $118.87. There is $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not included with this plan.
Medicare Supplement Plan G has a monthly premium of $101.06. There is a $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital inpatients, and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.
3. Mutual of Omaha Medicare offers the Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, C, D, F, and G. Medicare Supplement Plan G has a monthly premium of $100.13. There is $0 co-pay for office visits, hospital outpatients, and hospital outpatients. Pharmacy is not included with this Plan.
Coverage and Benefits of the Medicare Plans:
